At Don Pablo Coffee, we stand behind the quality of our specialty roasts and want you to be completely satisfied with every bag. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure you find the perfect brew.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our roasting team at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your order number and specific feedback regarding the flavor profile or quality.

    Verification

    Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or offer a one-time replacement for a different roast style.

  • 3.
    Package Your Items

    For non-perishable merchandise or unopened coffee bags, securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Credit

    Once your return is received at our roasting facility, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
